Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused, unaltered items in original condition with all certificates and packaging. Return shipping and insurance costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection, excluding shipping, duties, and payment gateway charges. Custom jewellery is non-refundable but eligible for 75% store credit. All disputes are subject to Indore, Madhya Pradesh jurisdiction.
