Ratanmandir Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility
Customers must submit a written return or exchange request to [insert support email] within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all original certificates, invoices, packaging, and documentation.
Returns may be refused if items show damage, wear, alteration, or tampering.
2. Shipping
Free shipping is available for all orders above INR 5,000.
International Free Express Shipping (4–7 days) is available for orders above INR 1,50,000 (~USD 1875).
Once a return request is approved, the customer must ship the item back within 5 days using an insured, trackable courier.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of loss or damage during transit remains with the customer until the product is received and inspected by Ratanmandir.
3. Refunds
Upon satisfactory inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt.
Non-refundable charges include: original shipping fees, VAT/GST, customs duties, payment-gateway fees, and any additional laboratory certificates or special energization/pooja services requested by the customer.
4. Loose Gemstones & Rudraksha
Eligible loose gemstones or rudraksha will be refunded 100% of the invoice value (less the non-refundable charges) if all return conditions are met.
5. Custom Jewellery
Custom jewellery is not refundable. However, you may receive store credit of 75% of the paid amount. Contact Customer Care for details.
6. General
Ratanmandir reserves the right to reject any return that fails to meet these requirements or where fraud is suspected.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with all disputes under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
7. Important Notes
Shipping charges, VAT, and duties are not refundable.
Return shipment charges and insurance are at the customer’s cost.
Payment gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded (e.g., Razorpay charges: 2.36% for Indian debit/credit cards/Net Banking; 4.72% for Amex).

Q1. When does the 7-Day Return Period start?
The 7-day period starts from the day you receive your product, as per our courier records.
Q2. I cannot return the original packaging or lab certificate with the product. Can I still return a loose gemstone?
To qualify for a full refund, we require the product along with all original documents—invoices, lab certificates, packaging, and any discount coupons received with your order.
If any items are missing, you may not receive a 100% refund. However, for partial or complete exchanges, or store credit, please contact our Customer Care team.
Q3. I purchased multiple gemstones/products. Can I return only one of them?
Yes, you can return a single product from your order. Contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return procedure. The product must be returned within the 7-day return period.

Ensure you have all original items received with your product, including invoice, product certificate, lab certificates, packaging, and discount coupons.
Carefully pack the product and ship it via a reputable courier service. Ensure the package is insured.

Research couriers that accept jewellery items, including their service reviews, before finalizing.
Important: Do not write product names, gemstones, or jewellery-related terms on the package. This prevents unwanted attention and ensures safe delivery.
