This Shipping Policy applies to all domestic and international orders placed on ratanmandir.com.
1. Domestic Shipping (India)
Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.
Orders Below ₹5,000: Flat shipping fee of ₹100.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on orders above ₹5,000 (subject to serviceable pin codes).
Dispatch Timeline:
Loose gemstones: 1–2 business days.
Products requiring customization or additional certification: 4–7 business days.
Delivery Time:
Metro cities: Next day to 3 days from dispatch.
Non-metro areas: 2–7 days from dispatch.
You will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID once your order is dispatched.
2. International Shipping
Free Express Shipping: Complimentary express shipping worldwide on orders above ₹1,50,000 (approx. USD 1,875).
Standard Express Shipping: Flat charge of ₹3,600 (approx. USD 45) for orders below ₹1,50,000.
Special Destinations: For certain countries (e.g., Belgium) where additional surcharges apply, shipping is ₹8,000 (approx. USD 110) for orders above ₹40,000.
Transit Time: Express delivery typically 4–7 business days; postal shipping options (if chosen) may take 10–15 business days.
Carriers: Reputed logistics partners such as FedEx, UPS, Aramex, and other trackable couriers are used.
Restrictions: Some couriers may restrict certain natural gemstones or jewelry. Where necessary, Ratanmandir will ship via the most suitable alternative (e.g., EMS SpeedPost).
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, VAT/GST, and any local taxes levied by their country.
Currently, many regions (including the U.S., Canada, and most of Europe) have little or no duty on loose gemstones; however, rates vary.
If an international shipment is refused or cancelled after dispatch, the customer is liable for all return customs duties and VAT. Refunds will be processed only after the item is safely returned, minus all applicable fees.
4. Packaging & Insurance
All orders are packed in durable, tamper-evident materials to ensure product safety.
Insurance for the full invoice value is included in our shipping costs—no extra charge.
5. Identification Requirements
Some countries require valid identification (e.g., Tax ID, Social Security Number) for customs clearance of high-value shipments. Customers must comply with such requirements for smooth delivery.
6. Tracking
Every express shipment includes online tracking.
Tracking details will be shared by email/SMS immediately upon dispatch.
7. Exclusions
Certain gemstones, such as Amber and Ammolite, cannot be shipped outside India due to regulatory restrictions.
