Lowest Price Guarantee: Our Lowest Price Guarantee applies only to eligible gemstone products and does not apply to jewellery items. The guarantee is valid based on market prices available on the date the product is listed on our website. If a lower price is found from a legitimate competitor for the same product with comparable specifications at the time of listing, the guarantee may not apply. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
Returns & Refunds: Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. The customer is responsible for all return shipping, insurance, and handling costs.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval of the returned item. Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, duties, and any other service-related charges are non-refundable.
If a customer purchases any optional paid laboratory certificate, authentication report, or verification service in addition to the complimentary certificate provided with the product, the cost of such paid certification services is non-refundable under all circumstances.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, tampering, or missing documentation.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

सबसे कम कीमत की गारंटी (Lowest Price Guarantee): हमारी Lowest Price Guarantee केवल पात्र रत्न (Gemstone) उत्पादों पर लागू होती है और आभूषण (Jewellery) उत्पादों पर लागू नहीं होती। यह गारंटी उस तिथि के बाजार मूल्य के आधार पर मान्य होगी जिस दिन उत्पाद हमारी वेबसाइट पर सूचीबद्ध (Upload) किया गया हो। यदि उसी समय समान विनिर्देशों वाले उत्पाद के लिए किसी वैध विक्रेता द्वारा कम मूल्य उपलब्ध हो, तो यह गारंटी लागू नहीं होगी। इस ऑफर पर अतिरिक्त नियम एवं शर्तें लागू हो सकती हैं।
रिटर्न एवं रिफंड: ग्राहक डिलीवरी प्राप्त होने की तिथि से 7 दिनों के भीतर रिटर्न का अनुरोध कर सकते हैं। 7 दिनों के बाद प्राप्त किसी भी रिटर्न अनुरोध को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
रिटर्न किए जाने वाले उत्पाद का अप्रयुक्त, बिना क्षति के तथा उसकी मूल पैकेजिंग, प्रमाणपत्र एवं संबंधित दस्तावेजों सहित होना आवश्यक है। रिटर्न शिपिंग, बीमा एवं अन्य संबंधित खर्चों का वहन ग्राहक स्वयं करेगा।
रिटर्न किए गए उत्पाद के निरीक्षण एवं स्वीकृति के बाद रिफंड प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी। स्वीकृत रिफंड सामान्यतः 7–10 कार्यदिवसों के भीतर जारी कर दिए जाते हैं। मूल शिपिंग शुल्क, पेमेंट गेटवे शुल्क, कर, ड्यूटी एवं अन्य सेवा शुल्क वापस नहीं किए जाएंगे।
यदि ग्राहक उत्पाद के साथ दिए जाने वाले निःशुल्क प्रमाणपत्र के अतिरिक्त कोई वैकल्पिक सशुल्क (Paid) लैब प्रमाणपत्र, सत्यापन रिपोर्ट या प्रमाणीकरण सेवा खरीदता है, तो ऐसी सशुल्क सेवाओं की राशि किसी भी स्थिति में वापस नहीं की जाएगी।
यदि उत्पाद में उपयोग, क्षति, परिवर्तन, छेड़छाड़ या आवश्यक दस्तावेजों/प्रमाणपत्रों की कमी पाई जाती है, तो रिटर्न या रिफंड अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है।
सभी विवादों का निपटारा केवल इंदौर, मध्य प्रदेश, भारत के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में किया जाएगा।
